Your tasks:

People Services (Regional Role)

  • Designing all interactions an employee has during his/her employment with Hettich in South-East Asia: Recruiting, Onboarding/Offboarding, Admin (incl Payroll), Employee Support & Advice, KPIs/Reporting, Labor Law

People Engagement (Global Participation)

  • Designing frameworks that focus on creating a great working environment and allow for healthy and engaging interactions (experience): HR Marketing, HR Development, Talent Management, Health Care/Well-being
  • Adapt frameworks for Hettich Singapore and creating new approaches on a broader scale (Hettich Group) within intercultural teams

People & Culture (Global Participation)

  • Participate and cooperate in the delivery and implementation of key HR projects and initiatives
  • Design and implement communications, presentations and/or information programs for employees

Hettich DNA: Brand Project & Cultural Change
Facilitation of International Workshops/- Management Meetings

Do you fulfill the following criteria:

  • Studies in business administration, psychology or similar with a focus on human resources
  • Several years of experience in similar role in an international company within HR/of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in handling administrative HR processes
  • Experience in intercultural co-working/enthusiasm for working in multicultural environment
  • Independent, proactive and solution-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, very good expressiveness
  • Fluent command of English – both verbal and written
  • Any other language of South-East Asia, Mandarin or German is a plus
