Your Tasks

  • Positioning Hettich as a strong performer in the target markets and target groups and as a preferred partner for customers
  • Development and implementation of the marketing strategy together with the international colleagues from sales, portfolio management, system management on the basis of the market and trend analyses as well as the corporate and brand strategy
  • Derivation and implementation of target-oriented communication strategies for the relevant target groups of the international market center: identification of needs, development of personas, definition of customer journeys, initiation, development and implementation support of communication concepts and campaigns as well as targeted customer acquisition and retention programs, such as lead management campaigns, account-based marketing concepts, conception and implementation (support) of customer visits, workshops, events and trade shows (digital/real), performance measuring
  • Continuous development, set-up and implementation of new sales marketing measures and touch points in the Market Center as well as online platforms
  • Planning, management and control of the marketing budget in the Market Center as well as performance analysis
  • Work closely with Marketing Intelligence colleagues to create value propositions and canvas business models
  • Optimization of global information flow in the sense of best practice sharing and use of available international competencies

Your Profile

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration or comparable course of studies or comparable education with appropriate further training
  • Working knowledge of customer-centric marketing strategies, including customer segmentation, customer journey mapping, and customer lifetime value analysis
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and technologies, including email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing
  • Understanding of brand strategy and positioning, as well as experience in developing and executing brand campaigns
  • Experience in managing budgets and forecasting sales and profit targets
  • Excellent English skills for working in an international environment
  • Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools
  • Strong project management skills and experience in managing complex campaigns
  • At least five years of experience in predominantly independent, strategically oriented activities in marketing

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for the metal I and electrical industries.
