Southeast Asia is one of the regions in the world with the most growth potential in the future for the Hettich Group. The population and purchasing power of people in many countries in this region will grow significantly in the coming decades. The Southeast Asia region for us in the Hettich Group covers multiple countries such as Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan, Philippines, Cambodia...

Beside the local hardware dealers for premium furniture fittings many of our customers are exporting furniture and project business contractors.

Today Hettich Southeast Asia has about 34 employees in two legal companies based in Singapore and Indonesia. A third company is just being incorporated in Vietnam. Southeast Asia is an up-and-coming and diverse region: it is therefore particularly important to manage the portfolio of countries, cultures and business opportunities in the best possible way.

We are readjusting the leadership structure for the region Southeast Asia to strengthen future growth. As a consequence we establish this job as Administrative Manager and Legal Representative.

About your future role:

• You ensure the appropriate management of the company and, in cooperation with the relevant experts, compliance with legal requirements and provisions (e.g. filing tax returns and making tax payments, bookkeeping and accounting, active risk management and compliance, company and insolvency law).
• You ensure professional commercial and business management processing, taking into account the different country-specific requirements and with a holistic view of the overall interests of Hettich.
• You establish and promote close networking with the Group companies via the business networks.
• You ensure the further development of processes, structures and a corporate culture for future growth.
• You are entered in the commercial register as the legal representative of our companies (managing director) in the region.
• Together with the Business Responsible, you represent the company externally (e.g. to local politicians, local government and local associations).

Work Location: Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore or Thailand incl. traveling between several countries

• You have experience and knowledge in the administrative and business management sector.
• You have in-depth knowledge and experience in ensuring legal requirements for corporations and partnerships and are willing to quickly familiarise yourself with this area.
• You demonstrate your management, methodological and organisational development skills through practical experience.
• Your partners and teams describe you as self-reflective, empathetic and communicative.
